In winning Best Corporate Caterer for Brisbane / Darling Downs, Wine & Dinem Catering showed exactly what can be done with a blank canvas in an ornate frame by transforming Studio 1 at the Old Museum into an obsession of indulgence. With an imported 6 foot square chandelier placed over gold and black Chesterfield lounge settings surrounded by a tonne of elaborate palms, there was an elegant feeling of opulence. An intriguing form of food deliverance also made it's debut on the night, " speed formal dining", moving 150 people through a single table of ten, choosing from a menu of 6 items, all in 2 hours, this was a huge success and something that will be built on in the future.
