Assist with the preparation of menu items in the lead up to events
Collaborating with our kitchen team to food is of the highest quality & delivered on time
Actively involved in delivering exceptional catering experience onsite at events, ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions. Including, but not limited to; set up & pack down, customer-facing work environments, adaptable service timing & clear communication with Onsite Event Managers & other FOH staff
Enforce Safe Food Handling Procedures
Enforce Company Health, Safety and Security Procedures
Contribute to the overall efficiency & quality control of our kitchen
Supporting the growth of our Express Catering division by contributing to the development of new offerings & sharing innovative ideas

Australian Open Drivers Licence
2 Year minimum experience in a similar role around high-end catering, dining restaurants, hotels, functions or events
Trade qualified chef
Food hygiene training & accreditation
A passion for innovative, incredibly-presented food is a must!
Experience preparing a range of culinary styles & cuisines suited for a variety of event styles
Hardworking & Hospitable towards all staff & guests
Excellent written and oral communication
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook, flexibility & professional manner
A motivated team player that is comfortable taking on delegated responsibility
Exceptional knowledge of current food & catering trends
Hardworking, physically fit and reliable
Immaculate personal presentation
