Great food starts with great produce. We proudly prioritise local, fresh & seasonal ingredients wherever possible, supporting Queensland growers, regional producers & artisan suppliers.
Whilst this is our gold-standard, we also believe in being open and transparent about instances when we are required to source out-of-state. Due to our business' size, culinary breadth & event capacity, there are occasions where 100% 'local & seasonal' may not be achievable within Queensland - due factors such as timing, climate or availability.
In these cases, our commitment remains to support other Australian businesses & producers, before all else.
