Wine & Dine’m Catering has been awarded the catering contract for this event since its inception, based on their ability to craft delicious menus, execute meticulously and provide standout service. And 2018, was no different! Usually a canape event, this year, five destination food stations were designed to hero produce from some of Queensland’s iconic local towns. Every detail from the type of platters through to the flowers used for styling gave guests a taste of that town. Guests could interact with the Chef and staff at each food station, giving them the opportunity to further immerse themselves into the Queensland story and spirit. Wine & Dine’m Catering created a wonderful combination of food and theatre to give guests a memorable experience beyond their plates.
