Designed by our team of chefs, the menu centered around the idea of a ‘house warming’ party, whilst maintaining a ‘black tie’ experience and style. At the forefront of this idea were the elements reflecting a classic Queensland backyard barbecue, accompanied by a deconstructed pavlova sharing platter for each table.
When all was done, the charity, with the assistance of sponsors including Wine & dine’m Catering, raised over $215,000 to assist with funding for the house that will provide care and respite to more than 3,700 Queensland children affected by a life-limiting condition, when it opens later this year.
Please visit their website here, and we will also keep you informed for details for next year’s gala.
