Over three days in March, our team was at the Translational Research Institute (TRI) providing guests with catering and refreshments through their conference.

Over three days in March, our team was at the Translational Research Institute (TRI) providing guests with catering and refreshments through their conference.

For one special evening,  the who’s who in Medical Imaging from around the world were brought together, and the TRI Atrium space was transformed into an exclusive fine-dining alfresco restaurant complete with city views.

We absolutely loved working with TRI through their Summit, and couldn’t have been happier when we received such positive feedback.

“Just wanted to say a quick thanks for all of your assistance over the past few weeks in pulling together the catering for the Imagine Summit. I know the food was extremely well received and I have heard nothing but fabulous comments about the menu options, the staff, and the service.

Stir fried snow peas, sugar snaps & tendrils with garlic, chilli & ginger (vg/gf/df)

Twice cooked duck fat kipfler potatoes with rosemary salt (gf/df)


Salads:

Goomeri pumpkin, cashew & green bean salad with lime & sweet chilli dressing (vg/gf/df)

Charred Zucchini, roasted & shaved spec, fresh mozzarella, fregula & green leaf


To Finish:

A selection of Queensland cheese accompanied by Australian dried fruits, quince paste & fresh lavosh
