What are your Top Three Tips when it comes to Catering your Wedding or an Event?

Don’t overthink the menu – choose a menu that reflects you and doesn’t try to please everyone. You will be surprised at how many guests try something new at our events and absolutely love it!

Trust your caterers. When celebrations are your job, you learn to adapt to current events as fast as you can. A lot of work goes into the planning, coordinating, and executing and we’ve been doing it for 21 years – we’ve learnt a thing or two about what works and what doesn’t! 

You need to be very open and honest about what you love, hate, your budget and your vision so we can really customise an experience just for you.

How do you come up with your menus?

Every one of our events is unique, and our team applies meticulous attention to detail in every aspect we bring colour, creativity and quality to every meal.  All our menus can be adjusted to reflect your taste and are COVID compliant. Our team will answer all your COVID questions and assist you with every aspect of your event to ensure every detail is catered for.

What is one of your favourite Wine & Dine’m custom cocktails?

Australian summer is truly Sangria drinking season – sip our secret fruity mix together with red wine and soda and you won’t be disappointed. Foxy’s Espresso Martini was created by our founder Craig Fox and is sure to get the party on the dance floor!
