Experience in events/functions catering or restaurant-based Sous Chef roles

Calm, organised, and capable in fast-paced event environments
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach
Trade qualified Chef | Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
Food safety / food hygiene certification
A passion for innovative, incredibly-presented food is a must!
