Lead, mentor & manage the casual FOH team at onsite events
Deliver high-end service for events ranging from 20 to 500+ guests
Roster & manage staff to align with event needs & wage budgets
Recruit, onboard, induct, train & develop our team of FOH staff & Onsite Event Managers
Maintain a professional, high-standard approach in all aspects of the role
Monitor event delivery, presentation standards and team culture
Collaborate with a dynamic, passionate team to create memorable experiences
Balance 70% on-site event presence with 30% admin & training
Australian Open Drivers Licence
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
A passion for great food, wine and beer is essential!
Provide food and beverage service to different styles of event e.g., Carry min 3 plates for dining events
3 Year minimum proven experience in a similar role, managing a front of house team in events, catering or other hospitality environment
Strong team leadership & mentoring abilities
High level of organisation with ability to adapt to & work in fast-paced environments
Flexibility to work evenings & weekends when events require
Excellent time management, multitasking & problem-solving abilities
A passion for great service, team development & culture-building
Reliable, hardworking & adaptable with a positive attitude
