CASUAL
Maintain clean kitchen, bathroom & warehouse storage areas
Properly dispose of waste & organise the cleaning of used linen
Replenish supplies in storage areas
Receive & rotate stock
Wash dishes & equipment
Sort through used equipment & leftover food from events
Assist chefs onsite with food preparation & pack down procedures
Identify procedures for reducing wastage during ordering, storage & processing of food

Previous experience in a kitchen environment
Attention to detail & organised
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook & professional manner
Flexible approach & attitude
Food hygiene training & accreditation
Excellent communication, interpersonal & teamwork skills
Hardworking, physically fit and reliable
Training in correct lifting techniques
Prior OH&S training and/or accreditation
A motivated team player that is comfortable taking on delegated responsibility
Great personal presentation
