Managing budgets, supplier relationships and cost controls
Innovating in menu design, service delivery and presentation
Maintaining excellence in quality, efficiency and guest satisfaction
Financial and KPI management
Compliance training and documentation
Rostering, timesheets and workflow planning


Australian Open Drivers Licence
Minimum 4 years’ Senior Chef or catering management experience with a proven track record in a similar environment
Exceptional communication and time-management skills
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and motivate a diverse team
Food hygiene training & accreditation
A passion for innovative, incredibly-presented food is a must!
Strong business acumen – able to manage budgets, costs and achieve KPI / KAI targets
Collaborative leadership style with experience working across departments
Excellent written and oral communication
Proactive, positive and professional approach with the ability to adapt and evolve
A motivated team player that is comfortable taking on delegated responsibility
Exceptional knowledge of current food & catering trends
