Simply mix:
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup of coconut oil
a few drops of lavender and orange essential oils
Add to a mason jar with some ribbon or twine around the neck and you’re done

To make:
Pour 45ml of Ink Gin over ice
Add 45ml fresh lychee juice
Add 10ml elderflower syrup
Add 10ml lime juice
Add lime peel
Stir and top with soda
This fruity cocktail is perfect for a summer BBQ or afternoon by the pool.
What makes the Christmas season special is how you spend it and the team here at Wine & Dine’m Catering will be spending theirs taking a well-deserved break from the 24th of December until the 7th of January. Company Director Craig Fox will be spending his Christmas in New Zealand, visiting his family. Our Logistics Manager Sarah will be attending her best friends wedding on New Years Eve while our General Manager Ammie will be spending the holidays with her family. Our Sous Chef Gavin will be changing nappies and chasing sleep as he becomes a dad for the first time and our Event Manager Nick will be kicking off his ten year long service leave by visiting his family in Cairns before returning to work on his charity The Mini Farm Project.
