The exhibition introduces cotemporary art from mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong to Australian audiences. Guests enjoyed a range of Asian inspired canapés and refreshments whilst wandering through the exhibition.

Citrus summer fish cake, aromatic papaya salad, yuzu aioli (gf)
Rice cracker puff, samphire salad, pickled ginger & radish (vg/df)
Red curry salmon, bok choy & shallot gow gee dumplings
Mini pork bun, fresh chilli soy, coriander (gf/df)
Sesame rice cake, golden curry beef, white kimchi (gf)
