Assisting with catering order updates, customer confirmations and job sheet changes
Supporting the sales team with quotes, proposals, menus and booking details
Preparing and maintaining documents, spreadsheets, templates and records
Responding to customer enquiries, managing shared inboxes & fielding inbound calls
Filing, scanning, printing and general office administration


Previous experience in administration, reception, office support or customer service
Strong data entry and record-keeping skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
Confidence using Microsoft Office, Outlook and general office systems
A practical, helpful and team-focused approach
The ability to handle confidential information professionally
Takes pride in being accurate and organised
Communicates clearly and professionally
Has a positive, calm and reliable approach to work
Experience in hospitality, catering, events, logistics or a similar fast-paced environment would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
