  • Preparing and producing high-quality food for events of all sizes

  • On-site event food service

  • Creative input into menu development and event-specific offerings

  • High-quality production for events (canapés, plated, shared)

  • Support stock control, ordering, storage/rotation, and wastage reduction

  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards across all production and event environments

  • Lead, coach, and support kitchen and event staff, working closely with Front of House, Sales, and Operations to deliver exceptional client experiences

  • Trade qualified Chef | Minimum 3+ years’ experience

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene, with confidence maintaining compliance and audit-ready standards

  • Professional, flexible, reliable, and proactive

  • Current driver's license highly regarded

  • Experience in catering, events, banqueting, or production kitchens

  • Experience leading teams or supervising junior chefs

  • Strong knowledge of modern food trends and presentation

  • Experience working across multiple service styles including canapés, plated, buffet, and shared dining
