Preparing and producing high-quality food for events of all sizes
On-site event food service
Creative input into menu development and event-specific offerings
High-quality production for events (canapés, plated, shared)
Support stock control, ordering, storage/rotation, and wastage reduction
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards across all production and event environments
Lead, coach, and support kitchen and event staff, working closely with Front of House, Sales, and Operations to deliver exceptional client experiences


Trade qualified Chef | Minimum 3+ years’ experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene, with confidence maintaining compliance and audit-ready standards
Professional, flexible, reliable, and proactive
Current driver's license highly regarded
Experience in catering, events, banqueting, or production kitchens
Experience leading teams or supervising junior chefs
Strong knowledge of modern food trends and presentation
Experience working across multiple service styles including canapés, plated, buffet, and shared dining
