Our Food and Beverage Attendants are the face of our business, and are key to ensuring the high-quality experience our clients have come to expect from a Wine & Dine’m event.

Overview of Role Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver professional customer service
Provide food and beverage service
Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol
Apply effective communication skills.
Maintain clean and tidy service areas
Follow safe food handling procedures
Follow company health, safety, and security procedures

Essential Skills & Experience

1 Year minimum experience in similar role in restaurants, hotels, functions or events
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
Sound written and oral communication is highly regarded
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
Comfortability in high pressure events, always thinking forward
Good understanding of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Experience and ability to take direction well and apply to day-to-day duties
Team player and able to work autonomously
Flexible approach and attitude
Good communication skills
Physically fit and reliable
Provide food and beverage service to different styles of event e.g., Carry min 3 plates for dining events
