Ensure events run smoothly and according to schedule
Motivate, lead, and support onsite staff while promoting personal development
Facilitate event set-up and pack-down procedures
Load, unload, and operate company vehicles to and from events
Support depot operations by monitoring compliance with procedures and overseeing equipment returns
Communicate effectively with clients, guests, and staff
Make independent and adaptive decisions to resolve onsite issues
Enforce safe food handling procedures
Uphold company health, safety, and security standards
Prepare post-event reports using critical thinking and accurate documentation
Australian Open Drivers Licence
2 Year minimum experience in a similar role around high-end dining restaurants, hotels, functions or events
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
A passion for great food, wine and beer is essential!
Provide food and beverage service to different styles of event e.g., Carry min 3 plates for dining events
Excellent written and oral communication
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
Comfortability in high pressure events, always thinking forward
Prior food hygiene training and/or accreditation is highly regarded
Strong interpersonal skills, being able to deal with clients and staff across all levels and demographics
Team player and able to work autonomously
Flexible approach and attitude
Hardworking, physically fit and reliable – There is a lot of hands-on work
Immaculate personal presentation
