Every year, we open the doors to our Woolloongabba kitchen for a limited number of intimate menu tasting sessions. This is a chance for clients & partners with upcoming events with us to experience our menus, meet the team and confidently finalise catering for your event.
Each session is tailored to a specific menu style - Canapé, Plated & Shared Dining
We also run these sessions communally, with limited availability for each session.
Our tastings are designed to give you complete confidence in your menu selection. You’ll sample a curated selection of dishes, explore styling and service options, and speak directly with both our front of house & kitchen team about tailoring the experience to your event.
